1. Objective:

Conduct GR&R studies, interpret results, and generate reports using Minitab statistical assistant.

2. Methodology:

• • Using tools for data capture
  • Verification of the measurement plan
  • Evaluation of linearity, stability, repeatability, and reproducibility
  • Interpretation and use of assistants in Minitab
  • Examples of Minitab referenced to attributes
  • Preparation of reports and results for audit documentation

3. Deliverable:

• • GR&R study results with a percentage of variation and recommended action plans to reduce system variation
  • Reports from statistical assistants with Minitab
  • Process review can be conducted at the client-defined business unit and complement documentation based on the IATF 16949:2016 standard and GR&R studies
